Clean and modern room, near all the attractions and restaurants. Once you arrive is like you are visiting family members, not checking in to a hotel. The hosts are wonderful and the whole experience was the best we had in any hotel in Vietnam. I would rate them above 10, if that would be possible :)

What a lovely hotel! Beautiful rooms, tasteful designs, comfortable beds, nice swimming pool, tasty breakfast, great peaceful location outside the hustle of Hoi An centre, free bikes to get to the centre. We loved the full body relaxing massage at the spa! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the girls at the reception (Ngan and Nee), and Thanh who will forever be our hero for rescuing us in the city! We would definitely come back!

To be honest, it took a lot a time before deciding on where to stay in Hoi An, we knew we wanted to be by the beach and there were two other similar properties to this, however we now felt so lucky to have picked Palm Garden. We were blown away by the property, staff, ambience and cleanliness. From the moment we stepped into the property, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff. The reception, concierge, housekeeping, ground staff (gardener), F&B - they were all very friendly and provided us with great service. The hotel itself were spotless, the manicured garden, the beach, the rooms - it was just so clean and wonderful. The swimming pool and the beach was just perfect for us. The breakfast had a large spread and you will bound to find something that suits your palate. Having the free shuttle to the town centre was a bonus. Even if you missed the shuttle - a taxi cost about USD3 to the centre of Hoi An and it's a short ride about 15minutes. As for Danang airport, an easy ride of between 35 to 40 minutes. Across the resort, there is also a row of shops/ restaurants, making it a great option if you decide to eat out. We do like to thank the reception (male, sorry we did not get his name), he supported us with calling the airlines on the morning of our departure since the airline changed our flight time. Thank you. Overall our stay were perfect and we do hope to return again some day. We give the property a 10 out of 10.

We booked this hotel on a short notice, as we drove past it one evening while exploring Hoi An on a scooter. And boy are we glad we came here! The hotel opened a few months ago, hence literally everything is more or less brand new, super clean and exceptionally well designed and furnished. Whoever was responsible for the interior as well as the exterior design, really knew what he/she was doing. 10/10. The pool is fantastic and embedded in a wonderful type of little park. Everything is so tastefully laid out and maintained to the highest standard. Marvelous! The buffet breakfast was amazing and caters to all needs. The cocktails by the pool were among the best we had so far, and this was our 5th hotel here, apart from numerous beach clubs/bars. All said, the true jewels of this resort are the employees. From the security guard, to the door-man right to the front-desk staff, this is how things should be done and handled. We felt like being part of the family from day one, and this without any sign of being overly/false friendly or anything of this kind. They are genuinely fine people with a big heart and they do care for their guests. I would finally like to thank Kay, Rose and especially Lucy, for making our stay a very memorable one. I left my wallet in the room safe without even noticing it for a few hours. Upon checking my fon later, I had a few messages regarding this issue as well as a video of my purse and its contents. Lucy arranged everything for me to pick it up and after a short exchange via WhatsApp, I held my purse safely in my hands. Once again thank you, thank you, thank you. You guys are awesome and I will always gladly stay with you when in Hoi An.
