We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and we cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. What sets this place apart is their attention to detail. They were always there to assist with any request or question, making sure our stay was flawless. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return, and we wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Everything was fresh and clean. The staff are SO LOVELY, and I want to give a special shoutout to Katy who was incredibly helpful (and hilarious) from check-in to check-out! Cute interior and the pool is amazing with a beautiful view over the river. Overall, the location is fabulous and it’s a great walk into the old town.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while I was touring Southeast Asia. The staff was beyond friendly. In particular, Cham, one of the receptionist, convinced me to go on a tour to marble mountain when I originally was planning to do it by myself. The tour turned out to be great and I actually saved money by doing this way. I would definitely come back here again!

The hotel is splendid and has all the amenities that one could want. It is very relaxing and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. We would like to mention some of the Refinery bar staff - Phoung, Chau, Dat, Bao, Nah, Mai and Hoan who were lovely to interact with and so well trained. Phuong gave a great coffee course with good humour and fun conversation. Also, we went to Ba Na Hills by car and Vu our driver was excellent. Very calm and had good conversation. One more thing is we went on a bicycle tour of Kim Bong village, which was very enjoyable, with our guide Tu, who was very knowledgeable and polite. Finally, I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff at the hotel for such a wonderful experience. One thing I forgot to include in my TripAdvisor review was that the breakfast is delicious with such a great variety and the staff including My, Loan, Yen, Vy, Thanh and Vu were so helpful and kind!

Just amazing, I originally stayed in a different hotel and passed by this one as was looking for a tennis court. I got in love with it. It was overbooked. So I could only book 1 night available on booking, but then actually managed to stay longer booking with hotel directly. the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam - great atmosphere - kids club, billiard, gym, table tennis, tennis courts - master-classes as entertainment every day - fantastic pool and great beach - amazing variety of food for the breakfast - great big spacious rooms

The hard working, always friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful tropical gardens and outdoor ambiance. Peacefulness, generous size of rooms, the jacuzzi bath in our suite which over looked the crystal clear large salt chlorinated pool -no need for googles in this pool. The daily free shuttle vehicle into the Old town and Cua Dai beach. Free bicycles for guests. The proximity to local restaurants, dentists, mini marts and the beach. The high quality of the meals we enjoyed , both for the daily breakfasts and evening meals can’t be praised enough.
