This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first stop after arriving from Ireland and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to all our needs. The food was delicious and the cocktails on the rooftop bar had us coming back for more. If I was in Vietnam for longer, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.

we had the lovely terrace room that had a large balcony/terrace. room was huge with bath & shower. really lovely room for old quarrt hotel. hotel was very class fit out. breakfast was a great western style breakfast with great variety. pool was fabulous with a lovely view. Bar and upper deck seating area was lovely. Service was excellent & staff were very attentive to any queries we had about visiting the outer areas. 10/10 for a beautiful quaint hotel in the old quarter

This is a very nice hotel. The room is stylish and has a stunning view of the city. And surprisingly very quiet location, although in the city center near Train Street. The hotel manager and staff are very helpful. We would happily stay here for another 2-3 nights. Recommended!

Location was exceptional. Walking distance to all locations. Staff very friendly and polite. Best service recieved in Vietnam. People are so friendly and willing to help with directions. It was extraordinary, we enjoyed our stay so much! The staff is outstanding, so warm and friendly, their english was very good. The massage we had was so relaxing.
