The staff was extremely nice and friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including transportation and motorbike rental. The facilities were beautiful and clean and looked exactly like on the pictures - unlike some other places we have visited. The hotel is in a quiet street just a minutes’ walk from the all the rush.

Staff Linh was welcoming and very helpful. Spa was excellent and forgot to check lady’s name she was too good in recommending and staff gave very good massage. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always there to assist with taxis and provide great tips on city attractions. The breakfast buffet, featuring fresh vegetables and fruits, was definitely a highlight of my stay. Our room on the 10th floor offered a lovely view of the nearby church, which added a charming touch. The rooftop bar provided a nice ambiance with delicious cocktails and a wonderful city view. The gym was adequately equipped for a good workout. The hotel was very clean, and the AC was quiet and effective, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it's a reliable choice if you're visiting Hanoi!
