The whole trip was simply wonderful! The cabin was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — everything was thoughtfully prepared. The boat was well-maintained, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere throughout the journey. But the highest praise goes to the amazing crew. They were truly exceptional – attentive, kind, and professional. It felt as if they could sense every guest’s wishes before anyone even spoke. Their care and understanding were beyond expectations – the level of service was absolutely top-class. I also loved the extra activities that made the trip even more memorable: 🍳 a fun Vietnamese cooking experience where we learned to prepare traditional dishes together with the kitchen team, 🐙 and night squid fishing, which turned into a joyful, shared adventure under the stars. What touched me the most was how the staff who introduced the food also shared their personal stories – about their families, traditions, and how proud they are of their country. It was heartwarming to see how sincerely they enjoyed sharing their culture and experiences with guests. Harry and the entire team were excellent. You could really tell that they had everything super well organized and professionally managed - from making sure everyone is informed to the small details of really paying attention at dinner when is the right time to move a plate - they really offered a great service. The twin room is spacious and got everything, kettle, hair drier, two bottles of water, big wardrobe and a powerful fan. The bathroom is also over expection. Even got a bath tub. There is a switch need to turn the heater on to get hot shower. Huong is a wonderful host, quick response every time, she also helped me book a half day tour and the transport to other city. Many other services are accessible at the reception and the prices are clear. I appreciate the convenience they provide. I did laundry here and got it back clean and dry, and my clothes smell so good. And I love the breakfast. Tasty.
