They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

Good space, excellent location and kind staff. Breakfast is good. It is really close to a very nice commercial center, with restaurants, bars, gift stores.

We are conveniently located within walking distance from Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola and Heavenly Village shopping and dining.

I like our stay. Room is big and clean. We like pool area, and it was a movie night there. Personal give us slippers, towels was clean. At lobby bar it was a singer performance, she was great. I like that day

Fantastic place to rest and relax. We only stayed one night but we plan on going back for longer to take a reset week.

The location was excellent. We put our ski gear on and walked to the gondola. After skiing is was also a quick walk to the lake. Doesn’t get much better than that.
