I absolutely love this location, it is perfect, at high tide the stairs, leading to the beach from the property are covered in water, at low tide, you have super soft sand to walk to the sea which is just a few metres away. Great swimming location. And everything that you need is in the apartment including an ice cold fridge. If you don’t feel like cooking , there is a restaurant next door with good value food and drinks. There are many other restaurants further on the beach if you feel like walking 15 minutes on the beach, including a very nice pizza place. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here for the whole Zanzibar time and make this my base in the future. If it’s still available, just book it

We loved everything, from the extremely beautiful site, with very comfortable villas built directly on the beach and over the sea, the quietness and exclusivity of all the place with an immense and almost “private” beach at our feet”, the very tasteful decoration and relaxed atmosphere, the great meals in a wonderful restaurant, to the kind, friendly and joyful attitude of all the staff … the perfect environment for a unique and unforgettable holiday !

Stunning place, 2 steps from the beach, we loved everything! Kimulimuli Ayurveda Spa retreat is not only a place, it’s an experience. Very friendly welcoming staff, big rooms, tastefully decorated, the best breakfast we had in Tanzania, very unique themed restaurant with super delicious food and absolutely amazing ayurveda spa. Definitely recommended us must see place when in Zanzibar snd Tanzania, and surely we will be back here next year.

Having spent five weeks at Tiki Beach Club & Resort, I can honestly say that this gem in Zanzibar is even more spectacular than its pictures suggest. The service and management quality here is second to none. Every staff member consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, displaying genuine warmth and professionalism at every turn. Everything was perfect The facility was unbelievablly beautiful & picturasic The staff were very friendly and helpful always smiling and greeting us, they even remember my name, kelline at the restaurant made sure we always had a good meal & enjoyed our drinks and she made sure they were made perfectly, the food was absolutely delicious for 6 nights I had the best foods & the variety was great ... Chef Robin is amazing and would love to meet him again in my next visit
