This is truly a place you must stay. We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!

Everything about this hotel was great, by far the best stay of our Japanese + Taiwanese vacay. The rooms were of a good size, very clean and also cleaned every day, complete with clean towels and the floors were also vacuumed daily. The spa tub in our hotel room was awesome, we used it every night. The toilet was also separate from the shower which was brilliant and convenient. The cups were changed daily and coffee/tea/cookies were refilled daily too. The breakfast spread was wholesome with both taiwanese and western options. Overall, very good value for money. The location is slightly further from downtown Taipei but closer to Yangmingshan (if you enjoy hiking), the location is good. It's also conveniently located close to the traditional market, highly recommend you visit the local morning market Beitou. We also found good restaurants located nearby the hotel. The only improvement for the hotel is to consider having netflix in the rooms. Apart from that, everything was really good. Will consider staying here again.
