Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Amazing value for the money. Between. The co-working space/lounge, food, and spa, you get a lot more here than you would at other hostels.
