*** Need to improve in 12F The staff in 12F SPA Pool need to be more professional with need-to-retrain English skills to be more polite to customers, particularly in executive class. The action of rejected customers asking for help with unprofessional English while just playing with her mobile phone was unacceptable (April 4, 2025, during the 3pm to 5pm session). Furthermore, as I asked about massage service in 1F front desk, the staff told me there is no massage service in the hotel, so I need to walk into the SPA Center in 12F and booked by myself. Marriott is a world-class hotel, so the staff need better training in communications with foreign customers, not just with the ones who can speak Chinese.

Got a Free room upgrade when some leak happened in our room, proving customer experience is superb in this hostel. They gave FREE midnight snacks last Dragon Boat Festival. They can let you stay in the common areas after checkout. The place is of walkable distance to the Formosa Blvd metro and Liuhe Market and other tourist spots.
