Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

The staff were wonderful, especially our evening waiter, H.Can, and the animation lady, Nurten, who was very entertaining and ensured we were enjoying ourselves. The many facilities were comfortable, and the food was delicious, and varied. There was a public bus every 30 minutes from the hotel entrance, heading to Bodrum at very reasonable rates.

The hotel premises is decorated with beautiful mediterranean vegetation. The breakfast they serve is excellent. The rooms are clean and are very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind and they speak excellent English. Make sure to also visit the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Also the restaurant at the hotel is worth going to. Bodrum city center is just a 10/15 min walk away. We will definitely come back here if we visit Bodrum again.

This hotel was a game changer. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, as it was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything felt fresh, with beautiful landscaping, and the facilities were truly high quality — from the pool to the jacuzzi in the yard, and even the outdoor showers. The service was fantastic. Our apartment was absolutely amazing; from the lighting to the bathroom amenities, everything was top quality. It was fully furnished with all necessary kitchen equipment, and the bedrooms were spotless, fresh, and comfortable, with lovely beds. We also had a great view over the pool and Bodrum, since the hotel is located uphill very, very nice. Bodrum is not my favorite city in Turkey, but I would definitely come back just to stay in these suites again. Thank you, Ayaz Suites, for the fantastic week you provided for us.

Asli, Inonu, and Mehli went above and beyond to cater to my every need, offering personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns I had throughout my stay. Their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The luxuriously designed rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's amenities and the comfort of the bed ensured a restful sleep every night. The resort's extensive facilities, including multiple pools, a private beach, a spa, and various dining options, cater to both relaxation and entertainment, leaving guests spoilt for choice.
