This hotel was fantastic! Allll the staff and managers were extremely attentive and go above to greet you, learn your name and treat you like your the only one on the resort! The beach service was exceptional, with daily watermelon delivery, water, teas, included ice cream options! Their hamman Turkish spa experience was nice to have in the hotel!

Upon arrival we have been upgraded from Aishen Club standard room to SELIN Beach House which was 2 categories higher. The entire area of all hotels is beautiful and well kept. Food is on high level and more then you need. Selection of bars and drinks is huge. During the day there is a lot of activities so the is no room for you to get board. Beach is wide and long with cleaning service and bars + is hotel property with free service. WIFI is strong in every area - on the beach was as good as in the main building. Staff is very friendly and speaks English or German. This was our best hotel and vacation so far. April, May and September are the best months to visit here as it is not so hot and there is not full occupancy. Highly recommend this 5 star property. Regards from Lukasz and Monika. Keep it that way.

I don't know where to begin, but it was the best vacation ever! Everything from the food, facilities, service was amazing! It's our second year there and the variety and choice of food is much better. The entertainment team is great and careful. The reception team with Ramazan is also amazing.
