I went for a quick gateway to Qlusive hotel, as it looked very nice on pictures and I love Kusadasi. Let me say I was so pleased!! You arrive and a groom welcomes you, helps you out, with a smile. Then checking in was quick, efficient, the staff is wonderful, very warm and helpful. All the reception team THANK YOU, special thanks to Ipek that assisted me specially during my stay but really all the team members are amazing! They cared with great attention. I could not hope for a better stay! The Spa is also incredible, I was there for a couple of hours having head to toe treatments, they are worth the trip for! The suite had a view on the sunset, magnificent. Very spacious and clean. The bedding is of very high quality. I loved the top floor restaurant, I could not try all but at least I know that the food is delicious, you have to try the pistachio almond desert (I am sorry I forgot the name of it) and Thank you to the F&B team, Hassan that selected a superb red wine!! Also for the watermelon and Tulum cheese! I will never forget this gesture! Well to all the kindness and generosity of this hotel, from the welcomes to the goodbyes, it was perfection! I rarely encounter such high standards. They have made a loyal guest!!

I had a couple of opportunities to stay in the hotel now Duqqan (ex Dabaklar) and I must say that this year hotel is completely renovated, it's looking divine! Totally new look, modern furniture, architecture and interesting environment, very clean and very well maintained. The location is super convenient, near city center & all stores, bars, restaurants, in a 10-15 min walking distance. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, everything was super clean every day. Food was excellent, I had a breakfast and a dinner, the diversity of both is on a very nice level, there is something for every taste. The pool is cozy, clean and there are very comfortable sunbeds & moving umbrellas. The stuff are very kind, responsive, smiling, hard-working and making sure their guests feel welcomed and pleasant. They speak English and have been always helpful. Lots of compliments for all stuff and the Management, this is an example of a fantastic hotel management.

The hotel is modern and is a good 5 *. The food was well prepared and tasty. It was very good value for money. The only extra you pay for is the alcoholic drinks. Despite being the only English family there the entertainment and bar staff worked really hard to make it an enjoyable break for our 14year old grandson and I cannot thank them enough. Fun, games and colourful cocktails kept him entertained day and night. All the staff were very friendly.

Freindly staff, clean rooms, big clean beach. Water slides and animation for kids and adults. Indoor swinig pool also available in case of a bad weather. Great quality of food and drinks which is hard to maintain at "all inclusive" level. Respest to the hotel Chef. If you like beach volley or football, you can always find a group of German/British friends to play with :)

Staff were amazing. Over from New Zealand touring Europe and lucky enough to pick here to stay a few days. Couldn’t fault the entertainment team they worked hard to make sure everyone was involved especially Atakan and Derin. Lovely fellow guests too . Highly recommend this place.
