We really loved our room location - we took a 'Deluxe garden room' which was in a quiet location surrounded by garden views, stunning. The buffet was plentiful, lots of choices and delicious food. We managed to get some restaurant reservations throughout our stay which we preferred. The staff are generally very polite and helpful in providing a service whether you're dining in the buffet area or via one of the restaurants. We especially en joyed the 'Sandals' restaurant located at the end of the garden space. Special thanks to our regular waitress 'Sidika' who was so wonderful!

Having a wonderful holiday with my wife and 21 year old daughter. Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

The most wonderful experience I've had in a resort. The best: 1- Very nice and helpful staff. Specially Mr Kaplan at the reception desk. 2- Excellent variety and quality of food: breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was a joy each visit to the Zen lounge, unforgettable. 3- A whole waterpark inside the hotel: AMAZING! 4- All included: unlimited food (4 restaurants), beverages, daily minibar supply 5- Entertainment: a different show each day! From tradicional Turkish live music to Dance/Rave nights outdoors next to the beach. Very profesional performers, breached my expectations by by far 6- Extended check out until 3 pm free 7- Very comfortable beds and pillows. Ample bedrooms with beautiful views to the see. Room maids always attending you with a bright smile.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. 🛏️ The room was exactly like the pictures — spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, with great amenities and a super comfortable bed. Our room had a jacuzzi and a balcony. which was a nice touch . Everything about the room felt exceptional. 📍 The hotel is located in a peaceful and silent area, close to a main road but incredibly well soundproofed, so we heard no noise at all. 🍽️Breakfast was tasty, varied, and well-presented — each day we had mostly the same tasty staples with a few new snacks added. The food was healthy and delicious! We didn’t have time to use the hammam, sauna, or massage, but we did enjoy the pool. Normal sized but was always clean and quiet — we had it to ourselves most of the time. Sun shines until mid-afternoon, then you can relax in the shade. Plus there are showers and toilets outside, which was super convenient. 👫The best part of our stay was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The gentleman at reception, who spoke fluent English, Russian, and Turkish, helped us with anything we needed and gave us great local tips. Incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant team anticipated our preferences every morning and were so friendly, sometimes even bringing us water or some fresh watermelon while we were at the pool. A special thank to the young man at the bar, who was super warm and fun, to the kind blonde lady, who was always smiling and professional, and to the gentleman with gray hair at the bar, who despite limited English was very attentive to our needs. Even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally polite — we felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Overall, this is a small hotel with big heart. The quiet location, wonderful facilities, and especially the amazing service made this an unforgettable stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience in a more intimate setting.

Clean and comfortable beds, bathroom. All food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was excellent. Live piano music during lunch created fantastic atmosphere. We were lucky to attend the Italian a la carte restaurant as well - nice menu, good quality, pleasant service. Sparkling wines and chocolates served at the lobby was a greate bonus every day! We attended hamman at the hotel and enjoyed 1hr massage and various spa treatments - very good quality and full service. Interesting entertainment after dinner almost every night (music, concerts, dancing, shows).
