Customer service was top! I was unhappy with housekeeping as there were many issues when I first arrived but they rectified it immediately! Even though some staff did not speak English well, they make 100% effort to understand you and your situation esp the lady who took the feedback. The room design is nice and no smoky smell anywhere. In fact the hotel smell nice. The bellboy service was also good. We has a hearty delicious breakfast. For tourist, Its location is in the middle of Alaadin Mosque on its right and Mevlana Museum to the left. We walked everywhere.
