Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It began with the warm hospitality of the receptionists, followed by a spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We even had the spa entirely to ourselves, as we visited at the beginning of the season. The breakfast was top-notch, and the whole stay truly felt like a 5-star experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is the best spa I have used in any hotel including four seasons. The young man proposing to his future wife in the restaurant was a delightful highlight.

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff from reception to bell-boys to cleaners, they all have a smile and greeting though most don't speak English. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Reception (Ms Cigdem) helped us arrange for tours in Bursa and the Uludag mountains with a good company that really took care of us.

Well maintained facilities, clean rooms and very friendly staffs. Guest Relations Manager Furqan was very friendly and nice to us. When we arrived lunch buffet was over but seeing we were hungry and with kids, he arranged for Pizza lunch for us on the house. Fully enjoyed the great atmosphere at the Skyfall cafe with the other guests watching Argentina lift the World Cup. Staffs at the restaurants were also nice and attentive. definitely will recommend this resort to anyone looking for a good place and nice location at Uludag. unfortunately for us it wasn’t snowing but the hospitality, rooms and facilities made up for our snow disappointment.
