As soon as we entered the building it was very luxurious and clean, all of the staff greeted us with an amazing smile and great manners. There was one particular staff i would like to thank which is Şeymanur she was very helpful and had amazing communication skills and customer service. We were expecting satisfied with our stay and the room itself was lovely and comfortable. Not to forget we were greeted with a fruit plate and some chocolates which was nice and unexpected . 10 out of 10 from me and my husband. We used the spa facilities ending it with a massage great prices and again great service.

Front desk staff was very helpful and kind! The buffet breakfast was delicious and with plenty of choices. The hotel is located in a good and quiet area. The metro station and some supermarkets are near. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Definitely recommend and we will sure be back again here for our next trip to Istanbul! 🤗❤️
