This is the only review you need to read: The whole stay was amazing! The guy we spoke to most goes by the name Art, he was absolutely brilliant, always went above and beyond for us and made us feel so welcomed. He even came from his home to fix the Wi-Fi (only had this issue once in the whole 30 days). The pool is cleaned frequently, there are 4 sun beds in total, the building is modern and well looked after. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful always say good morning, good night etc. The lady who cleaned our room went by the name May, she was very sweet and done a great job, the room was always up to standard & towels were changed every day. There’s plenty of cutlery (plates, bowls, forks, wine glass, coffee cups etc) Do note you have to pay water & electricity bill separate but it’s not expensive it was around €50 for our 30 day stay, we plugged everything out when not in use as we were aware of this before our stay. Art brought us some Thai snacks as our stay came to an end and really made sure we ended on a high. I couldn’t fault the place if I tried lol. The location is no more than 7 minutes walking from the beach, close to Big C supermarket and street food markets also.

The villas were very good for us we are 6 members of the family and 4 bedrooms. The room was clean check-in and check-out was very smooth. Bed comfortable Room clean The kitchen has everything you need. The area was very quiet, and we don’t have any problems because we have a car.

We can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of us so well. They are so welcoming and accommodating. They really made our honeymoon so special. The room was absolutely stunning and spotless clean (cleaned everyday, fresh bedding, toiletries refilled, fresh robes everyday) The pool was amazing and the view spectacular! We got a floating breakfast one morning that was incredible! Cannot recommend them enough , they even provide transport to get you around free or charge! We cannot wait to return 10/10 for everything!

We really liked how well maintained the villa was and its convenient location right in the center of the island. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. We stayed at Vic’s duplex for 2 weeks - 3 adults + 1 child - and we honestly loved it. The duplex is really big (much bigger than the photos make you think!) and it has all the real-life things that matter if you want to actually live like a human during a holiday: full kitchen setup, good coffee machine, plates, pans, fridge, everything. We cooked multiple times and never felt “limited”. Furniture and the duplex itself are in good solid condition - not brand new showroom shiny, but it feels clean, comfortable, taken-care-of, like someone cares enough to keep it nice. Beds were genuinely comfy. Showers were great. You also get full access to Angsana facilities: all the pools, beach beds, restaurants, kids club etc. Walking to the beach was like 5–7 minutes, super easy, and sometimes we took the lagoon shuttle (it’s actually fun). And most importantly - Ell, the property manager, is a GEM of a human. Kind, helpful, welcoming. She met us at arrival, explained things right away, helped us to organise bike rental, and even left complimentary snacks + fruit. That is the kind of hospitality that actually stays with you. Overall: we had a much better stay than we expected. It was smooth, comfortable, and honestly joyful. We would recommend it without hesitation - and we’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Laguna. Thank you Vic and Ell!
