I loved how even though the property is large it never felt that way. The landscape, the design, everything was laid out to feel tranquil and calm. The staff were incredible, so friendly and kind towards us and especially our kids. Everyone always had a wonderful smile and a friendly word to say. Our villa was perfect, it offered privacy and allowed us to have some much needed quiet family time.

We stayed at Vic’s duplex for 2 weeks - 3 adults + 1 child - and we honestly loved it. The duplex is really big (much bigger than the photos make you think!) and it has all the real-life things that matter if you want to actually live like a human during a holiday: full kitchen setup, good coffee machine, plates, pans, fridge, everything. We cooked multiple times and never felt “limited”. Furniture and the duplex itself are in good solid condition - not brand new showroom shiny, but it feels clean, comfortable, taken-care-of, like someone cares enough to keep it nice. Beds were genuinely comfy. Showers were great. You also get full access to Angsana facilities: all the pools, beach beds, restaurants, kids club etc. Walking to the beach was like 5–7 minutes, super easy, and sometimes we took the lagoon shuttle (it’s actually fun). And most importantly - Ell, the property manager, is a GEM of a human. Kind, helpful, welcoming. She met us at arrival, explained things right away, helped us to organise bike rental, and even left complimentary snacks + fruit. That is the kind of hospitality that actually stays with you. Overall: we had a much better stay than we expected. It was smooth, comfortable, and honestly joyful. We would recommend it without hesitation - and we’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Laguna. Thank you Vic and Ell!
