What a great place to stay here on koh yao yai !!! This place has all the little things that we had yet to find here in thailand that made us stay longer and not want to leave. The bed was even better then my own !!!

Very friendly and helpful team. Motorbike rental directly at the hotel. Nice and clean and very comfortable rooms. Snorkeling and boat tours can be booked at the hotel. Beautiful hotel garden with nice pool area.

Fantastic staff, location and atmosphere. Nice and relaxing hotel next by the beach. Breakfast had everything you asked for and the restaurant for dinner served wonderful food. We will come back.

We’re a family of four who had a fantastic stay at Touch Beachfront. We had rented the full Villa which sleeps up to six and consists of three separate buildings each with bed and bathroom and a private pool nicely placed in between them. It also has a small kitchenette with fridge and a dining-living room with a big-screen TV if you want a movie-night. Located right at the edge of the water you can see the beach from all the rooms and appreciate the fantastic views as the sun rises across the ocean. There is also a small restaurant that serves high quality thai food and drinks. The owner Jackie is extremely friendly and always available to help. She organized a half day boat-trip to the local islands incl. Koh Hong (where we got well before the rush from Krabi and Phuket). She also helped with tours on the local island and we visited her husbands store in the local village. All staff was friendly and attentive.

We liked pretty much everything! Thai hospitality! We travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels we ever been price- quality related. The staff it’s a 10 and so the facilities.

This hotel looks like it was taken from a movie scene. If you're looking for partying, night clubs and buzz with friends, don't come here, as there is nothing to do after 10pm. But if you're looking for some peace, quiet, meditation, relaxation, 10/10 this is the place to come to. Framed by tropical forest, on one side, and by a paradisiac beach on the other, you feel immersed in some sort of Blue Lagoon movie. The hotel is small sized, not many rooms which allows the perfect conditions for a restful and peaceful stay. The breakfast is served in a gorgeous restaurant on the beach where you can contemplate the sea with the scenic longtail boat. When I thought this would only be result of photoshoped pictures, this hotel just proved me wrong. Cleanliness is of the highest standards. The room is gorgeous, super comfy and the bed is amazing. There is free Nespresso coffee in the room (important, as it's not so common in Asia). If you like asian (and in particular thai) food, you must try the hotel restaurants. Food is superb, delicious and (despite no being cheap according to Thailand standards) it is still cheap as per european standards. There is also italian restaurant with very good pasta, risotto and pizzas (surprisingly). Finally, and most important of all, the service is truly 5 stars. All the staff is so delicate, so kind, so humble. They will always stop what they are doing to say hello as you pass by and they will do anything to solve any query you have. On our particular case, we had a big issue upon arrival in the airport, where we were left with no taxi and no option to come to the hotel, at night (as Krabi goes to sleep at 10pm) and Tubkaak managed to get us a taxi in 20min. To the hotel: never cease to provide highest standards of service. Summary: I've been to many 5 stars hotels but this is definitely the best hotel and best holidays I've ever had in my life. Strongly recommend.

Everything - the personal butler was absolutely great - world class

I have read few bad reviews about this resort. However my opinion states otherwise. I had a total blast staying here. From the first point of boat pickup, checkin, staffs services in between, all went smoothly. Resort is very beautiful and provides relaxing environment, with great landscape. I booked a villa with pool view, and it was fantastic. Villa is super nice and spacious for a couple. Breakfast spread was good. Variety of food was served and love the ambiance of the breakfast place. Such a mood to start the day. We had in-room dinner for 2 nights straight and it was good. Foods are fairly priced (mostly around 400-500 baht per meal from their Thai restaurant). Although all of their restaurant does provide halal food in general, but I learned that they will provide it upon request, which is great for Muslims. We also had the best time at the spa. Managed to grab their promotion package of 1,500 baht for 1 hour massage which is totally a good deal. Overall spa package are also reasonably priced, just like any other resorts would. Thank you for the great hospitality and we’ll definitely come back.
