I chose this hotel to propose to my girlfriend, and it turned out to be the perfect decision—not just because of the breathtaking views but also the exceptional service. We stayed for two days in a beautiful villa with a private jacuzzi, and there was also an open pool available for guests. Regarding the dinner, I had arranged everything in advance to surprise my girlfriend and make the evening unforgettable. The hotel staff was incredibly flexible—I sent them a photo for inspiration, and they took care of everything else. To my amazement, they even managed to find a bouquet of red roses! Everything was prepared on time, and they even recorded the moment with a hidden camera. It was the best day of our lives, and we are incredibly grateful to the hotel team for helping us make it so special.

Lagunas Villas has the perfect location for a relaxing holiday right next to the beach (across the small street) and with a great pool. The villa was spacious and well equipped with modern and efficient AC. The best part about the place is the team! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Also, they run the best restaurant in the area with excellent Thai food and the best Curry we ate during our trip. The breakfast was also great, individually made from a selection of Thai and international foods.

We’re a family of four who had a fantastic stay at Touch Beachfront. We had rented the full Villa which sleeps up to six and consists of three separate buildings each with bed and bathroom and a private pool nicely placed in between them. It also has a small kitchenette with fridge and a dining-living room with a big-screen TV if you want a movie-night. Located right at the edge of the water you can see the beach from all the rooms and appreciate the fantastic views as the sun rises across the ocean. There is also a small restaurant that serves high quality thai food and drinks. The owner Jackie is extremely friendly and always available to help. She organized a half day boat-trip to the local islands incl. Koh Hong (where we got well before the rush from Krabi and Phuket). She also helped with tours on the local island and we visited her husbands store in the local village. All staff was friendly and attentive.

Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.
