Our hosts/owner, both Montha & Khwan went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They gave us great advice, organised our pickup from airport, our trips and our onward journey. The food in the restaurant was amazing, some of the best we had in Thailand. The room's were beautiful, extremely comfortable and the views were to die for. They organised a floating breakfast for a special birthday which was amazing. It felt like we were in heaven for 5 day's. Love this place and would love to return! Thank you!

We’re a family of four who had a fantastic stay at Touch Beachfront. We had rented the full Villa which sleeps up to six and consists of three separate buildings each with bed and bathroom and a private pool nicely placed in between them. It also has a small kitchenette with fridge and a dining-living room with a big-screen TV if you want a movie-night. Located right at the edge of the water you can see the beach from all the rooms and appreciate the fantastic views as the sun rises across the ocean. There is also a small restaurant that serves high quality thai food and drinks. The owner Jackie is extremely friendly and always available to help. She organized a half day boat-trip to the local islands incl. Koh Hong (where we got well before the rush from Krabi and Phuket). She also helped with tours on the local island and we visited her husbands store in the local village. All staff was friendly and attentive.

The beach and its view are just splendid. The food in both restaurants is highly recommendable and worth the price. Go early to the Italian since they are still not really up to speed in terms of service, yet very friendly. Have the Thai food at Thai spice level. It’s heaven. Pomelo salad and the beef salad (ask for rare) are to die for. Breakfast is outstanding. Mr. “Oom” (forgive the spelling) helped us through everything and was of great support! Thank you!

Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely bungalows with a nice seaview, the family running it are very friendly and helpful. I could rent motobike directly there. Breakfast is brought to the room at the time you choose. The room was big with everything i needed.
