This is paradise. Very welcoming and lovely staff made our stay so easy and relaxing. Our bungalow was spotless and cleaned every day. The breakfast served in the newly built restaurant on the beach is a delight and something to look forward to in the morning. The infinity pool is quite spacious and always clean, so is the beach. Everyone mentioned sandflies on Koh Chang, the beach is so well taken care of that there are absolutely none! Pen the manager is so helpful in organizing transfers, snorkeling or diving adventures, cars, motorcycles or anything else you might need to feel happy. We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Beach resort and highly recommend this place. 💕

Absolulely fantastic place! At a wonderful secluded beach away from the crowds. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, almost felt like family. Food was good and served in a beautifull setting, if you want to sit on the beach for dinner, no problem.

Perfect in every way!! Only missing a nice beach but everything else made up for it and there is a fab beach only ten minutes walk away!.

We liked that the villa was next to the pool with a real sea view. The beach was a few meters away.

We loved this sleepy vibe; the beach is perfect for swimming with lots of natural shade and has alternative restaurants within 5-10m walk for drinks or dinner. The hotel has a lovely pool, with a child section and fountains and the decking is well maintained. There are foot and body showers. We ate a dinner of fish on the bbq which was delicious and cooked perfectly. The fire show added interest. Staff are welcoming and helpful; translation can be difficult at times but they are dealing with many languages. There is a well stocked book swop,jenga game and noughts and crosses available. The wooden swings are popular with adults and children. The wooden sun beds are comfortable but some backs need repair or replacement. Swim towels are thick and plentiful. The gardens are well maintained with some lovely grafted orchids and swinging lanterns. The hotel organised our transfer from Kai Bae for 700 TBH. The last section is unmetalled but has very few potholes and we have travelled across far worse across the world. The hotel is well placed for visits to Bang Bao fishing village and The Ghost Ship. The speedboats pick you up off the beach for trips to the local islands or the national park via the pier. The hotel also organises private boats. There are a few sellers of sarongs and bracelets but it is predominantly quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the superior double; perfect! The shower had good pressure and hot water, the hanging rack was useful for drying clothes and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have had on this 3 month trip. Cleaning was great and the towel animals showed pride and care. The foot tap was useful on the patio. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. The massages were great; a good strength and at 300 THB for a standard massage were competitively priced. The breakfast eggs were well cooked; there were yoghurt jars, muesli and fruits and salad, and a range of bread. Expectations matched price. There were some Thai options too.

Amazing and very stylish hotel. It's located on the quiet street far from the road noise. The beach is very beautiful and shared with only one more hotel so there are not so many people, almost none in the end of September. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with European and Thai food. Room on the third floor is very big and with terrace instead of small balcony like on the second floor. There are several nice cafes on the beach also Thai massage. 7eleven is very close and bike rent as well. 15 min by bike from the white sand beach and 5 min from Kai Bae Beach with lots of restaurants and bars.

Amazing place in amazing area. View and nature around exceptional, friendly personal shows best of their hospitality. Local food in restorant are good and adopted to customers, even our alergy food restrictions was considered. Peacocks and peafowls walknig in the area gives extra exotical feelings, if You want quiet relaxing time off - this is the place. We was not looking for atractions and events and we had great time there, we wish You the same on Your vacation.

The villa was gorgeous with friendly hosts that could help with everything you need. Well equiped kitchen. Also great lapa at the pool. Nice and quiet side of the island. Close to ferry dropoff.

my favorite hotel on Koh Chang. I stay there every year. For me, the most ideal location in my opinion. Not far from lonely beach (5 minutes by bike, which can be rented at the hotel). Around the corner is a store that is open until 12 at night, a laundry and restaurants. The houses are located in a green garden, spaced apart from each other, which creates additional privacy. Very friendly staff). Ideal price-quality ratio. If you are a package tourist, then this hotel is unlikely to suit you.з
