great location, impeccable staff (we had our honeyroom replaced with a villa due to the lack of hot water, which was a very pleasant surprise), the area is lovely, beautiful clean pool with comfortable sunbeds and towels. upon check in it was nice to get welcome drinks with delicious desserts. (they also brought them to us when relaxing at the pool). before going to bed you get sweets with a note - very nice. incredible place, the rooms are just WOW - everything is brand new, perfect cleanliness. The Breakfast is not great but you definitely won't leave hungry.

Breakfast (aligned everyday for the next day) were delivered to the room, we were eating on the tarrace with a spectacular view. Location is great, but make sure you have a scoot. Its a bit uphil, but not a lot and was not a real problem. Clean and nice. Bathroom would need a bit of renovation but it was more than ok.

Alisea Pool Villa was the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed, and it gave me the most wonderful first impression of Thailand! The staff were absolutely amazing, Kookkai and everyone else went above and beyond to help us, arranging transportation, preparing a beautiful birthday surprise, and making our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The villa itself was stunning, fully equipped with everything we needed. The private pool even had a jacuzzi, which was brilliant, and breakfast was served right in the villa, such a treat! It was the kind of place that makes you want to stay forever, and we were genuinely sad to leave. The location was also perfect, close to town, the elephant sanctuary, and so many attractions. I highly, highly recommend this accommodation, it’s beautiful, comfortable, and filled with the kindest people. A massive thank-you to all the staff for being so wonderful. Never change! The beach and its view are just splendid. The food in both restaurants is highly recommendable and worth the price. Go early to the Italian since they are still not really up to speed in terms of service, yet very friendly. Have the Thai food at Thai spice level. It’s heaven. Pomelo salad and the beef salad (ask for rare) are to die for. Breakfast is outstanding. Mr. “Oom” (forgive the spelling) helped us through everything and was of great support! Thank you!

Staying at Phulay Bay has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I had reserved a few nights for my fiancé and our family for our engagement proposal. Where do I even start with this hotel? The warmth and friendliness of the staff, stunning views and rooms and meticulous attention to detail throughout our visit blew us away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough—it's a credit to the industry and something all hotels should aspire to emulate. The food was incredible, the excursions were well planned and pleasant, and the room service was exceptional. To our delight, we were often presented with personalised messages, rose petal baths and delicious treats. I've never felt such a connection with hotel staff, but staying here truly makes you feel as if you are part of a family. I would like to wish all the staff best of luck and hope that they are consistently recognised for the great work they do. I will definitely be coming back.

The best hotel that I've ever stayed in: Fantastic food. Staff were super friendly. Amazing rooms. Finer detail considered at all times - flowers, name on a leaf which is placed on your bed. Great gym with free classes. Reception will arrange transport for you. Huge selection at breakfast - oat milk, etc 5 minute walk from the beach. I had a pool view from my room. Spa deals -, massages, and treatments were brilliant. It is a perfect place for fitness, wellness, and relaxation. The hotel is pricey, but it was worth every penny - enjoy!

The facilities were amazing, the pools are beautiful. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard with very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and a good amount of storage space. A beautiful beach just a short walk from the front of the hotel.
