I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was exceptionally kind, attentive, and courteous. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options that were always fresh and flavorful. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. The manager was incredibly generous, offering us a lift to our next hotel, and Oliver, along with all the staff, made our experience unforgettable with their warm hospitality and engaging personalities. The staff were excellent, always saying hello and making sure we’re welcome and comfortable. We booked a deluxe family room with enclosed space for the bunk beds which worked out perfect for us and our 2 girls. We were there end of July ‘25 and it didn’t feel overcrowded. There are plenty of space by the 2 pools and breakfast area. We really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain.

Our requested quiet room was perfect, away from the dining and pool area and it was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was big but only had a static wall shower and the curtain was too short and too narrow to serve its purpose, but the floor towel helped and was changed daily. There was a balcony and clothes drier and air conditioning and room safe were perfect. The flora around the hotel is lovely, we spotted humming birds and lizards as well as other tropical birds. Location is great, just a short walk across the road to the beach and very close to excellent shops. It’s a 10 minute walk to the great (but hot) Kata night market for super food. The pool area was clean and pool towels are provided as well as flip flops and room toiletries are refreshed daily. Towels are changed daily but not always bed linen but it’s easy to request. Breakfast is until 10am and the staff are lovely…..all they want is a happy smile and hello, which sadly seems to be too much bother for some of the rude eastern guests. Once they saw our happy smile, they beamed whenever they saw us. We were treated with so much kindness and smiles and help. The man that makes the eggs was so friendly and always so happy to see us, and Meio and the other man were there from breakfast until evening serving guests in the restaurant and pool bar. Breakfast had a variety of Thai dishes, cereals, toast, different egg options and salads, as well as a selection of pastries and fruit. I would have preferred fresh fruit juices instead of the sweetened ones available but the coffee was lovely.

Great facilities , friendly staff , great breakfast , great gym, would highly recommend . All the staff are amazing , but special shout out to the front office staff who are exceptional. Also washer+ dryer in the rooms work great which is very convenient for anyone here to train/workout

The villa and location is amazing, located near a beautiful beach with fantastic snorkeling and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The villa itself is modern, beautiful and surrounded by nature. The beds are so big and comfortable, air conditioners where a must after a hot day at the beach and the private pool and facilities were amazing value for money. Can't wait to stay there again, our most amazing experience in Thailand.
