The location close to the lake. They're very dog friendly! We loved the soft bed, the wellness and the food in the restaurant (the wines!) The breakfast was delightful.

The facilities are impeccable and the staff is of an excellent quality ! They made us feel like we're really wanted there, they were most eager to help us with information and answers about pretty much everything related to the surroundings and the community. We've tried the spa and wellness (included during our stay), the restaurant, the massage area, the bowling alley and everything was perfect ! Bravo to them !

Location! Right in the middle of Kobarid with a view to the centre. Near cafes, restaurants. Parking! You have parking for up to 2 cars, just in front of the apartment. Spa! You got sauna and a whirlpool. If you spend your days in the cold river,you will love this. Price! A really good and fair price. I hope it stays this way. . I will return!

The apartment was excellent – modern, clean, and spacious enough for a couple. The shared areas were large and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the lake, and beautiful views. Tanja, our host, was so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a small fridge in the room, and to be able to use the kitchen facilities. Tanja also does a very nice breakfast, worth paying the extra for.

Only 800 metres from the Soča River, Apartments Pri nas is located in Kobarid. It offers a lovely garden with an outdoor hot tub, and each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

Even though it was just before travel season, and we were the only ones staying in the guest house, the owner arranged a very smooth check-in and check-out process so that we could be flexible about our plans. The place itself is charming and close to the centre of Kobarid. The owner suggested a nice place for dinner. The shower in the room was exceptional - a delightful setup after our challenging hikes in the area.

What a lovely hotel. Everything was a little bit 'up market' so made us feel special staying here. Our rate included dinner & breakfast and both were great. Then dinner was classy and delicious, the waiting staff wonderful. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, really good thank you. The room was comfortable, good bed. All staff were very helpful, great service.
