Hotel receptionist was extremely accommodating and upgraded us to a suite. Even though we arrived late (as the kitchen was closing, she said it was no problem and we could order dinner. The staff was very friendly and the location was great! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great accomodation, further from the city, quiet, calm, beautiful. We planned to move around but decided to stay at the apartment it was so relaxing.

Even though it was just before travel season, and we were the only ones staying in the guest house, the owner arranged a very smooth check-in and check-out process so that we could be flexible about our plans. The place itself is charming and close to the centre of Kobarid. The owner suggested a nice place for dinner. The shower in the room was exceptional - a delightful setup after our challenging hikes in the area.

Everything was exceptional, the bed, the in room facilities, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of toiletries, the shower, the underfloor heating, the location, the parking, the ski stores, the spa, the fitness equipment/room. The staff were around in the day clearing the driveways of snow and keeping the gates working. The pin code system is excellent.
