The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room was as close to the centre as it gets. Both the bedroom and the bathroom was realy clean. Room was minimal but for that price you cannot ask for much. Would definitely recommend it and will probably stay there again if we ever visit Belgrade again.

First of all, the location is perfect. Right at the centre of the city, I could easily walk to the fruit market on the corner, shops, stores, and lots of wonderful restaurants that served the most tasty meals. My favourite spot is the Dva Jelena, a 192-year-old restaurant where I was serenaded with delicious food and live music from 3 elderly men. Their singing and playing were heavenly, and I recommend this spot to every visitor. Not to forget, the lady at the reception, Zorica, is an angel. She reached out to me on WhatsApp before I arrived and made sure I was fully briefed on what to expect on arrival and how to navigate my way from the airport to the hotel. Zorica was so sweet and professional, and she kept that positive smile on her face the whole time. I was well received, and I must say the customer service is top-notch. Housekeeping was done every day, and the lady who cleaned was very friendly, respectful, and polite. She greeted me every single time with a smile on her face, and she was very professional and smart with her work. The room has a good solid bed and a working cooling/heating air conditioning system, a good bathroom with a shower for both hot and cold water, and a wonderful minibar with drinks, snacks, a coffee machine, a kettle, etc and a very good wifi internet system. I particularly loved the lighting system, which had a unique blend of different colours of lights, and it gave a very cosy feeling, especially on the dining table. I will come back again.

The best pillows in all the hotels I have stayed in! Staff were all kind and helpful, especially Sasa a valet, cooks and waitress and waiter at the morning breakfast, a house maid on our floor, a lady at the reception whose name i forgot unfortunately ... well everyone really! Hotel Moskva is a unique hotel, with old world charm and dignity. It is a special treat to know the history of this hotel and be treated with kindness and respect. It was very pleasant to have both my breakfast and dinner and enjoy traditional piano music being played. It is a one of a kind hotel and I will definitely come back. The buffet breakfast is outstanding as are the dinner menu dishes. I was very impressed with the additional services the hotel provides including being able to be picked at the airport at a very reasonable price. Both my drivers were very nice and carried my luggage and were punctual in both dropping me off and picking me up. The masseuse is also very good. It is a great place to rest and relax. It was also very nice of the hotel management to upgrade me room.
