Stayed here for 2 weeks, I and my friend are rather strict reviewers and have decently high standards. I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Every area from the management, to all hotel staff overall were all impeccable. The handling of guests requests, general consistency in all areas, facilities, willingness and more so eagerness to provide the best service at all times was perfection. Breakfast, rooms, shower pressure, cleanliness, lift efficiency, air con, late checkout, spa, pool, shisha, every single service and area was amazing. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I and my friends have already said we will never stay anywhere else when we return to Doha and neither should anyone else. The quality, aesthetics, taste, price, everything was just perfect. I hope the management, overall experience, service and price range never falters. I wish I could list every single staff member but I simply cannot, I’ll just say every single breakfast staff, every assistant manager/manager, just wow. Special shoutout to Karan Lal and Samir though, they went even further than above and beyond to ensure satisfaction during our stay. The hotel location is phenomenal as well, tons of food places around the hotel, every major attraction/area/mall is no further than 20 mins on average by taxi. There is also a corner shop right outside the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room. There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts. On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.
