This hotel is exceptional; the staff are professional and nice, and everything is clean and arranged properly. The rooms are huge and have amazing views. I was upgraded to a superior room, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. I spent 70% of my time in Porto/Gaia just sitting on that amazing terrace. The room service was delicious and high quality, nothing cheap here. The Spa had great options. I loved the city, but the main reason I might come back is the hotel.

I really liked the place, literally a corner of peace and comfort, when you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax, gain strength. The house is warm, the territory is large and well maintained, there are many animals and birds that you can contact or just watch- it was interesting. There is a barbecue area, a separate Jacuzzi in the garden, which is very relaxing before going to bed. The store is within walking distance if you need to buy something. A pleasant host who is always ready to answer questions and support a conversation. We will definitely come again, thank you!

Transport from the airport was smooth and Marcos is great. Check in was fast and Andres was very helpful with all the questions I had. Maria was also great. I am so impressed with all the services they include for free: transport to and from the airport, welcome drink, fruit basket and bottle of water. It is just amazing.
