The staff and the element of surprise. No spoilers here though but these small things we were able to discover and experience were amazing! The duplex suite was grand! Poolside view was worth it for the sunrise… The staff is SO kind, generous, respectful, well trained. They blew us away each day, and were honestly what made our trip so pleasant!!! They handled a rude customer gracefully too. The fitness was a blast, nice technogym equipment!

Excellent breakfast Great staff very helpful & friendly Although a way out of the Centre the walk down that amazing street with shops markets on each side was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed it & took transport back which was no problem at all. The young lady at the indoor pool was so helpful so friendly. A great shopping Centre over the road was great If you did not want to walk the buses are right out side Thank you

The ammenties at the Villa were fantastic. The location was great for central Lisbon and from and to the airport. It has a great communal space and the bedrooms and spacious. The jacuzzi area is beautiful, as is the outdoor seating areas. I would certainly recommend for a group travelling to Lisbon and would even consider returning myself.

Comfortable, beautiful hotel! Friendly staff! Clean, spacious rooms, cleaning every day! A spacious shower room with new high-quality sanitary ware, orthopedic mattresses, comfortable! Many people write in the negative comments that it is the noise of planes flying by, but personally they did not bother me and I do not hear them when the balcony is closed, and the room has excellent climate control, you can set the right temperature and sleep sweetly! I would like to note the delicious breakfasts, very tasty, a wide range of dishes and everything is fresh and tasty! Concierges meet and take you to the room, provide all the information about what is in the room for free and what is for an additional fee. I lived with my daughter for a week, I didn't want to leave. I would like to note the pleasant surprise and attention of the hotel staff, on my birthday a delicious dessert and drink awaited me in the room. I will add a photo, thanks! It is very cute!
