We absolutely loved our stay at Casa da Varzea. From the moment we arrived the service was incredible and we were made to feel like friends coming to visit. We gratefully received an upgrade and the room was fantastic. Very comfy with lots of lovely details, quality linen and beautiful artwork. The whole place has a lovely feel. As for the facilities, they are very impressive. Pool table, BBQs, zip line, bikes, archery, volleyball and of course the lovely pool and spa. It’s got it all! To top it off the breakfast is delicious. We have no doubt the dinner would be too. We would highly recommend and will come back again.

The mountain shelters offer fantastic views. Perfect if you seek peace and quiet and a connection to nature. Loved the nordic inspired look and feel mixed with local Portuguese details. Fabulous breakfast at the main house and/or delivered to your shelter. The service provided by Marta and Team was fantastic. Very romantic for sunrise and sunset lovers and theres’s a jaccuzzi.
