Our first impression was absolutely amazing; the first receptionist we met (blonde girl, I believe her name was Cristina) went the extra mile with us and gave us a free upgrade. She smiled a lot and provided us with an excellent service. She is a great asset to the company. The rest of the staff were also very nice. The check out receptionist (Zita) was also great to us. The room was very spacious with a great view to the ocean. The buffet was amazing, with a lot of food to choose from. We will definitely go back and we will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Delicious breakfast, exceptional dinner and an infinite pool. For breakfast, you could choose from 5-6 warm meals (eggs, French toast, asparagus..) and a cold buffet (from cereals, croissants and local cheese to pastel de nata). The portions from the menu were smaller but in combination with the cold buffet, the breakfast was just awesome! We stayed in the with the "garden view ", however we could still see and hear the sea. The view was stunning.

Amazing location with a sunset view on the first line to the ocean. The public beach (pier) is just 200m away. Inside, the apartment was clean and the host was extremely friendly: provided us with some welcome gifts. There are 3 separate rooms , all with private bathrooms, and big common area + terrace. The village is very quite.

Regeneration for body and soul with vertical ridge behind and ocean in front, situated in quiet romantic by-the-sea town. If you are willing to explore west of Madeira, choose this place.

The room is really spacious and clean. The area is quite and the place is really close to the ocean. The staff is really friendly and, besides the breakfast, you can also have a drink/ something to eat in the rest of the day. The breakfast was very tasty. I really liked the fact that all the tables have on them images from Madeira (levada's, birds, mountain peaks) - this means attention to details from the owners.

Amazing place which I cannot recommend highly enough. Super friendly staff, very comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfast is just perfect. Great value for money overall! There's even a big parking under the building with more than enough parking spots, if you are traveling by car.

The views were beautiful, the rooms were all a good size and were very comfortable. There was a lot of space for us all to sit, eat and relax. The whole villa was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and so beautiful! Garry met us when we arrived and was very friendly. He showed us round, explained where the shop and restaurants are.

Great location on the south of the island. Restaurants and supermarket within 5 - 10mins walking distance. Onsite, the hotel has excellent facilities(include spa/wellness), very helpful and friendly staff. Exceptional choice/variety for breakfast and the food in the restaurants is very tasty. Ocean view is amazing - great location to chill/relax and escape the rat race. Thank you - John and Fiona.

Beautiful location with amazing sea views. Great roof top infinity pool with views and plenty of space and relaxing areas. Room very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful.

Relaxed atmosphere with fantastic staff and lovely spaces to sit and chill/read. breakfast on floor 8 was lovely and pools/sunbathing areas excellent. A La carte restaurant was superb, albeit we didn’t use the buffet. The little treats like sweets, cakes, wine alike were wonderful!
