Perfect location for us, not in the busy part of panglao (alona) stayed here a couple of nights and even returned here after a trip to siquijor. Staff is great, makes you feel at home, compliments to the owner and maybe until next time.

We really enjoyed our stay here - initially we booked for 2 nights, then extended for another 2. The location is nice and quiet and we had beautiful views from our room across the garden and the sea. The place is really well kept, the rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the owners lovely people, too. Breakfast is really nice and dinner amazing. There is a shop with necessities (snacks, beer, water, ice creams....and lots more) and everything is reasonably priced and so are the meals at the restaurant. We appreciated the fridge in the room and when we asked for a kettle it wasn't a problem at all, we were also given cups. We hired a motorbike from the hotel for one day to go exploring, which was great and the going rate of 500 pesos was charged. We were even allowed to use it again the next day to quickly pop into town (thank you! 👍) It's a 15 min walk to the main road from where you can get a Tricycle that takes you into town for 100 pesos.

The staff at Bella Napoli were outstanding. Stella, Jet and Gilbert were extremely attentive and made sure we were very well looked after during our stay. Honestly the best service we’ve experienced anywhere. The resort is boutique style which is great as there are not too many guests. Very quiet location (except for dogs and roosters in surrounding properties). The hotel staff arranged trikes for us every time we wanted to go somewhere. Lovely swimming pool. We at the restaurant several times during our stay and found the food really good quality and very reasonably priced.

Owners are super friendly and helpful with organizing everything you need. They were really paying attention to my comfort. Rooms are spacious and equiped in flat screen tv and arircon. Pool is clean and well maintaine as well as eest of the property. Place is located 500m from the beach and not far away from local conv store. Last but not least...their dog Finley is even more friendly than the owners 😁.

The hotel staff was amazing! Extremely attentive and courteous! The restaurant definitely deserves its stars. Food was incredible! Very nice and quiet place, perfect hotel to escape all the noise and relax. Breakfast was nice, hotel restaurant serves delicious food. WiFi works well; gym has a beautiful view and has enough equipment to get a workout in; spa was great and very good pricing; game room is also located in a nice place - beautiful views while playing some games. All the area is looked after and very green. Cave was a nice experience. Tennis court is well looked after. We loved our stay and wish we stayed a bit longer.
