Amazing hotel at the very center of Cusco. The building is a historical colonial house with a central patio. The rooms are modern, spacious and very well decorated. Big beds. Oxygen in rooms is available in case you may need it. The staff are super friendly, eager to please and ready to help. Buffet breakfast is excellent and very abundant. The best hotel I’ve ever had the chance of staying in, no matter how many stars they’ve had. The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast excellent. Service - absolutely impeccable. Transport from the airport, laundry service, cleaning, everything. Every single staff member greeted, and our requests were carried out every time. They arranged us tours, held our luggage for the time we left for Machu Picchu. Coming back after a couple of days felt like coming back home. Rumi Punku truly made our holiday. Thank you!
