All the hotel staff were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. A beautiful hotel with great facilities, very clean, and best breakfast we’ve had so far. They even accommodated us to have a very late check out and organised a taxi for us to take us to the night bus. 100% would come back here, if for the service alone.

A beautiful hotel that is found in the middle of the city center, very authentic to the Peruvian culture. I went to Peru to celebrate my 30th birthday, and Amerindia has absolutely made my stay worth the while, from being well accomodated, guest services, ambiance, consideration and heart felt surprises they offered me.

Amazing location and the personnel were outstanding. We loved the spa experience with all of the tubs and sauna after days of touring Incan sites. The bellman saw I was feeling unwell and put me on oxygen for ten minutes prior to our departure. This was such a lifesaver, as I was then able to travel in the car to Valle Sagrada without a headache. We also loved the morning breakfast and meeting the baby Alpaca in the courtyard each morning.
