The apartment was very beautiful indeed and very clean and in good location the host was very welcoming it had well equipped kitchen and I loved my own personal hot tub definitely the best apartment I have ever stayed in

Great value and peaceful stay. Hot tub is open until 10pm which is great for a quick relaxing dip before bed. I wish I could have stayed longer to read all of the books. Parking is good and it felt like a safe area. Stayed with my partner but would equally be happy to stay as a solo traveller as I felt very safe and secure.

Nice little ressort and we had everything we needed. Short walk to beach or the small town - with a nice Thai restaurant! Go there. Very friendly staff and welcome and we slept great.

What a wonderful stay! Paul was such a welcoming and attentive host. Their dogs, cats, horses, and other farm pets were the cutest! We felt so welcome. The room was big, the bed very comfortable, and the ladder so cool (if you like heights, which we do). They have another room with a bed on the ground floor if you don't. The house, bathroom, and other facilities were very clean, with lovely modern décor. Our stay felt like we were being welcomed into their family. The property is just lovely and peaceful, with no light pollution, so we had the best sleep. In the morning, I had a nice coffee while Paul took my son to visit the animals and made us breakfast. We travel all around NZ, and this was one of our absolute favourite stays — for an incredible price. If you love animals and that family feel, this is your place. I’ll be recommending it to everyone. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We look forward to staying with you again and meeting Tina next time.

The breakfast was amazing. This was my daughter's favorite part. Location was beautiful and so peaceful. The native bird life was amazing to hear while relaxing in the spa on the deck. Hosts were very lovely and helpful. We will be returning again.

Hosts were super friendly and supportive and attentive. We felt like one of their family. Our facilities catered to our every need and the beds were very comfortable with electric blankets supplied as well. Spa bath was a lovely bonus! Quiet scenic location only a few minutes from Waikanae township. We loved it so much that plans to return are under foot for Summer vacation.

I have stayed in many different bed and breakfast settings. This accommodation exceded my expectations. The hostess was very accommodating and a pleasure to meet on arrival. The rooms I was staying in were beautifully decorated. There were 2 large double bedrooms, a well appointed lounge / dining area and a modern bathroom including a spa bath. My room was cleaned and bed made each day. The provision of breakfast choices was greatly appreciated. A great selection. I will return here next time I visit the Kapiti Coast.
