I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!

What a beautiful hotel! All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We loved this place. It's worth staying just for the views—truly incredible! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very high up, giving us amazing views of the bay below. I highly recommend this hotel. You can even eat at their sister hotel next door; the food was great! First-class service all around!
