It is quite unusual to visit a place which is much more than just a very good place with good service. I do not have enough words to describe my satisfaction and gratitude to all the great people working in Westin Turtle Bay. They are not just kind and helpful - they are friendly above any expectations! Quality of the hotel - rooms, diversity of cusine, perfection in taste, views and the overall feeling of this place. We've been to many places around the world, but this hotel and it's stuff was far beyond what we've experienced so far. I can't mention by name all the great people who put a lot of effort in our time there, but I have to mention about Ms. Madelyn, Ms. Venisha and Ms. Partisha - thank you among all the others. This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a wonderful, tranquil atmosphere and an immediate sense of peace and relaxation. The Staff are exceptionally professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Kiran who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. The private pool is absolutely amazing, as well as the outdoor area. The rooms are super comfortable and hard to leave. Particularly enjoyed the beach- so peaceful, with plenty of picturesque spots.

I wish I could rate 20 out of 10, such amazing was this place! Burgeoning colourful little coral reef just some 20 meters from the beach, own hotel minizoo feat friendly giant tortoises, horses, rabbits...,, own boathouse offering free kayaks,,, plus complimentary electric taxis within 25 ha resort premises, amazing food, luxury room... Very nice detail which I did appreciated was the departure lounge: after check-out you can wait by the pool for your transfer and then use shower in the lounge. Everything really beyond expectations!
