Super experience! The hotel is conveniently located next to the harbor, within walking distance for those arriving by ferry from Hong Kong. It’s an impressive hotel—extremely clean and well-maintained. The reception staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We were celebrating a special occasion, and they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a magnificent suite. It was such a memorable experience we won’t forget. The hotel is also well-situated for exploring Macau. Our recommendation is to take a taxi (bring cash); it’s not too expensive and makes getting around much easier. (Special mention to the receptionist who handwrote a beautiful card—you’re extraordinary!)

The staff were all excellent! So much grateful because the environment itself from the lobby,the cafe up to the room was totally awesome. A mom like me who has a child with special needs,sometimes I tend to asked like heating up the milk since he has a difficulty eating,and yet the staff helped me a lot which I was so much grateful. It was indeed a safe environment for him since we do not want some any chaos or too much crowd unlike with some hotels. They are all helpful and I can recommend this hotel so much.

Grand, clean, good selection of retail outlets. Most importantly the staff shows their dedication and commitment to service excellence. Frederic at the Front Office who checked us in, was fantastic - he had a great sense of service-minded attitude; made sure we had a great start to our stay and went beyond our expectations. *disclaimer* I am in no way the target audience of the Cotai Strip and managed to get discounted stay with my friends. The whole place including the Conrad Hotel/Londoner feel like Las Vegas I have seen in the movies. I will definitelly never forget this place and if I ever get lucky to become one of the target audience I will definitelly come here to test my luck. Once you learn the bus lanes traveling is very convenient by public transport and there is a never ending convoy of taxis to get you quickly do your desired place. I was travelling to Hong Kong and was able to get a bus there just across the road in the Venetian hotel for 160RMB.

We went to Macau to celebrate our bithday as we both have them in December. Mandarin went TRULY above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and unique. First of all: we got picked up from the terminal by the Concierge, a nice gesture as he explained everything on the short way to the hotel. Then: we got upgraded to Presidential Suite. 10/10 review doesn’t do it justice. Of course the suite itself is amazing, it’s huge and has a lot of great amenities - but that’s a given in a hotel like Mandarin. What truly stood out was the service: absolutely everyone, from bellhop, reception, concierge, in-room dining staff, housekeeping staff, Spa and managers, was TOP class. Everyone was extra kind and warm (in a good way, it didn’t feel forced), but also very helpful (in a good way, not too „tight”). We received great recommendations on what to do and where to go and felt well taken care of. Spa also deserves a special mention as the treatment we got was outstanding and very relaxing: perfect way to finish our journey. Mandarin really made sure our stay was magical. We would like to thank the entire staff who served us and we will definitely come back. Can’t recommend Mandarin Macau enough. 11/10 experience.
