We had an amazing experience at leopard reach yala. We were welcomed warmly by foneska the manager and hasi who made sure we have a lovely time and have every thing we need through our entire stay. They arranged the half day safari for us which was beautiful. I was very excited to stay at this hotel and yet the experience was more than I expected. The room was spacious with a private pool and jacuzzi, gave us privacy inside the nature. The room was very clean which is important for me and I felt very comfortable. At evening we had barbecue dinner, the experience was magical and the food was great. The entire staff was welcoming and nice. We definitely recommend to everyone who wish a special stay near yala safari and hope to come back!

Such a nice, green and calm place. It’s not so far from the yala national park entry. The host was really nice and we got really good breakfast and dinner. The pool is a plus after a long and sweaty safari day

O2 villas was a fantastic property, well maintained and beautifully built with nature and concrete blending together to give a magical atmosphere. Staff were extremely courteous and made you feel at home from the start. Food was sumptuous and fresh, very tasty and in large portions that we were so full and they provided freshly made juice and fruits that we have throughout the day. Rooms were spotless and having just a couple of villas in the property made the service very personal. Staff would play wiht my kids, take us on buggy rides where we saw so many animals, visited the dunes with us and stayed till sunset. Basically any wish gets fulfilled. Madhwa and staff were great hosts and I am very glad to have stayed 3 nights. There was enough to keep us entertained. I only regret not staying at other o2 properties in our Sri Lanka trip.

This is a wonderful place to stay; fantastic if you are on a budget and understand the facilities are basic. There is electricity, warm water and a comfortable bed...in a fabulous location with fabulous hosts. You will see an array of wildlife (porcupine, bats, crocs, elephants and exotic birds). Danoushka and Anousha were warm, welcoming and kind. We loved our stay here and felt part of nature. Anousha cooks delicious Sri Lankan food and Danoushka is knowledgeable about the local area; We went on a tuk tuk drive with him to see various temples and sites of historic importance - a highlight of our stay in Sri Lanka. My husband also did an early morning bird spotting safari on the back of a motor bike which enabled him to take some close shots of the abundant bird life. Jungle cabin gave us the experience of "real" Sri Lanka and, as a middle aged couple, it was an absolute pleasure to spend time with the hosts and enjoy their home. We would not hesitate to recommend this as a rustic place to stay...make the most of Danoushka's local and wildlife knowledge and...enjoy the tranquility.
