Staff is very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. We stayed in both a hotel room as well as their individual chalets. Both were clean, modern and comfortable. Food was very good. I especially liked the breakfast, it was great with so many delicious options. Also, being able to sit at the restaurant with an open view of our beautiful surroundings was so relaxing!

It was a perfect stay for one night away for me and my wife. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and big space, very comfortable beds. Breathtaking view from my room. If I didn't have a busy schedule I'd stay for a few days. Perfect place for a peaceful stay.

Everything was so nice. The staff were so friendly, they did everything to make you feel satisfied. They cooked a really good dinner for us as well. The view from the hostel is so beautiful and is located very close to the Nine Arches Bridge.

Really nice private getaway if you want to have alone time. Amazing view and very nice hosts. They were helping with everything and super kind. Food was prepared for us and tea served. So it was truly nice experience!

We stayed at the Moi Ella hotel over the weekend and simply enjoyed every moment. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located in front of an amazing view and most importantly the hotel staff was courteous and attentive to our every request and each staff member was nicer than the other. The views are unbelievable! The rooms are done to very high spec. A jacuzzi bath overlooking the mountains. They do great breakfast and a la carte menu in the evening. Very welcoming and helpful staff. 15 mins drive to Ella centre but if you have a driver it's worth the extra drive to get the amazing views.
