The room is beautiful, clean, comfortable and has an amazing balcony with a lovely garden where you can watch all the birds and animals running around the trees. Indika went above and beyond to help us navigate Ella. After our stay he helped organized transportation to the next city. The breakfast which was included in the price was amazing; smoothies, eggs, toast, fruits, pancakes, tea, or whatever you want. Honestly our best stay of the whole trip and would recommend anyone going to Ella to book with him.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, in a fantastic setting amongst the trees. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and helpful whenever needed. The rooms were spotless and very stylish. The hotel is a short walk into the busyness of Ella town centre, or quick Tuk Tuk ride from the hotel neighbour who is always on hand for a simple flat fee. Superb place.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Tranquility Ella. The place exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. All of this came at a very reasonable price. The view from our room was very beautiful and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

There are lots of nice homestays in Sri Lanka but this has been the greatest of all. Location is great, bit outside of busy Ella but close enough to walk if you don't mind the way. Location is best for nine arch bridge and Adams Peak. Also they can arrange a tuktuk to take you to Ella Rock trail. For the place itself you get your own room with private entrance and bathroom. Both were spotless clean bed was comfy. The best is you also get your own sitting place with a roof in front of the room with a view into the valley. We could just stayed sitting there the whole day. What is absolutely outstanding is the friendliness of the host family, all of them are amazing people and spoiled us with wonderful breakfast, take away when we went on an early hike and showed their garden plants. For us it was the perfect mix between privacy and exchanging and definitely worth a visit

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ella's Edge! The location is perfect just a short walk from Ella town to enjoy the peace and natural beauty of the area.
