Exceeded the expectation in every way from checking in to checking out. I especially enjoyed how spacious the room was and that it got cleaned twice a day. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and Definitely staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Estir Sinsa Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right in front of the station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. The contactless check-in service was very smooth and hassle-free, making the arrival process quick and easy. We had a wonderful stay! The host kindly upgraded us to a larger apartment in the same new building, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was fresh, modern, and beautifully designed — stylish furniture, quality finishes, and a very comfortable layout. Folks, You Absolutely Have to Stay Here! Wow—this is an experience you simply cannot miss in Seoul. The location is unbeatable, with easy walks to Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, and all the charming cafés and boutiques along Gyedong-gil. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an impeccable welcome from the husband-and-wife team, Jeesue and Helena. Their hospitality was beyond anything we’ve experienced. They made restaurant recommendations, secured us a fantastic Korean barbecue reservation, and sprinkled in thoughtful touches everywhere—little treats, noodles for the kids if they got peckish, and so much genuine care. Now, the hanok itself—this place is next level. We’ve travelled the world, and this property tops the list. It’s a flawless blend of traditional architecture with modern, luxurious designer interiors. Every bedroom has a spacious, high-end bathroom. The toilets are incredible, each room has its own air conditioning, and there’s even a steam wardrobe! The laundry facilities include premium washer and dryer units, and every amenity provided is top quality. One of the most unforgettable moments was unwinding in the courtyard patio, gazing up at the pine tree and soaking in the serene atmosphere. It’s a rare, peaceful oasis in the heart of Seoul—luxurious, tranquil, and impeccably designed. But above everything else, what made our stay exceptional was the heartfelt welcome from Jeesue and Helena. Their warmth made it feel like we were coming home. We can’t thank them enough for making our final two nights of a three-week holiday in Korea truly unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic hanok stay without sacrificing comfort, elegance, or outstanding service in the heart of Seoul. ♥️

This is our first stay in Korea, we were on a trip to get our cat properly transfer to Australia. The cat hotel that our cat stays at is just one station away from the hotel, so this hotel appears in our search. The location is premium, just a few minutes walk from the station, near the main street where loads of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience shops are. The BBQ down the street was pretty good as well. We also had a lovely interaction with the hotel manager, who definitely saved our day later, cuz we needed to go to the quarantine department to go through the documents and procedures. We asked a favour if we could place our luggage in the hotel, and pick it up again after everything is sorted. The language barrier did not stop the warmth and kindness from the manager; he smiled and nodded, so we didn't have to go through the hassle of travelling with 2 suitcases and 1 huge backpack. I just wanna say, thank you, and the hotel itself is perfect in every sense, the self check-in system is advanced and quick, it is a hidden gem in the area, I would definitely recommend this hotel if your destination is near.
