I liked the buffets - its perfect for a family with teenagers to have breakfast and dinner the same place. Much to choose both in the morning and in the evening. The staff were polite, smiling and service-minded, rooms were clean, everything worked very well.

We love the arrangement of our beds which matched perfectly to what we need (2 adults and 2 kids). All staffs are extremely polite, happy and helpful at all times. The rooms are also maintained daily which helped us focus on enjoying our vacation. Our daughter loved the kimono/bathrobe that she would like to take it home.

The apartment is excellent. Everything you need is there. The owners are so helpful and accommodating. They have thought of all the little details. Looks like your in the suburbs but everything is so close. Supermarket, seven eleven and the station all within 10mins walk. It was our favourite place that we stayed. Highly recommend 👌

We loved everything! We were 3 adults and 1 teenager (he slept in the tatami-room). Everything you need is available in the apartment and it´s situated a few minutes from the Kameido trainstation (east entrance) and you have conveniance-stores very close by, for example 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. There are also a couple of shoppingmalls, a lot of restaurants and cafes in every corner almost. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, the 2 showers, the big kitchentable with the supercomfortable chairs around it and the very comfortable firm beds.

Thank you so much for our stay in Tokyo. It was the best experience during our entire time in Japan. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always ready to help. The apartment had everything we needed — a huge living room and two bedrooms. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. There’s a beautiful park nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend this welcoming home to everyone. Once again, a huge thank you to the hosts, and I hope we’ll return to you again someday.

The place is close to the train station, 7-11 and Mcdonald's for our morning coffee, the owner sent us links to his favorite restaurants in walking distance through whatsapp, and I had a problem booking our next hotel, the owner did it on his phone for us and gave the hotel his phone number directy so if there was a problem he could help as we are Canadians and speak little Japanese, this level of service was absolutely amazing, price was great

Absolutely loved this place! So spacious, modern but still had the Japanese feel to it. We booked this place at the very last minute because our accommodation at the time was terrible. Location was great & walking distance to the train station. Plenty to places to choose from for food. The staff and the owner were lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Bonus is you don’t have to go outside of the property to enjoy a spa & sauna as they provide this at an extra charge.
