Super clean, spacious comfortable room, all the equipments that we need were there.

It was an excellent stay. We would like to stay again whenever we will be there. Thanks for dropping us to the railway station.

The room is very clean. Bath salts were provided for rooms with outdoor bath. Great Mount Fuji view from my room. The dinner was great. Free ice cream and probiotics drinks were provided.

This place is awesome. It is very close to Kawaguchiko station. You can literally walk. The service is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The room was great. The service was great. The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

Shuttlebus service on call. Breakfast and dinner had an amazing array of dishes. The private onsen is worth the pay, incredible view of the lake. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and the hotel is within walkable distance from Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and Kawaguchiko Station. Photos do not show the complete meal course. Very friendly and professional staff, the make you feel very comfortable. They provide a shuttle service from/to Kawaguchiko station which is super convenient. The rooms are lovely and clean; the view from the room is spectacular combining the Kawaguchiko lake and Mt Fuji ❤️

The most spacious hotel room you’ll ever see in Japan and the whole idea and layout of the hotel is very creative and relaxing The course meal was superb but expensive

Amazinnnng !!! The view of the Mont Fuji was spectacular. I just didn't want to leave... I regret to have stayed only 1 night but as 1st time and maybe last in Japan we didn't want to miss any other city during our holiday trip. The man owner (I guess) was very nice and friendly. He even bring us once to à coach station on his way. Very kind of him. The kitchen with the barbecue and tv was super nice too. Don't forget to bring your meat or food, as we did the same day, from Osaka before we arrive but bare in mind that the kitchen provide all cutleries, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, boiler and tea for free. Also, shampoo and soap. The glamping tent was very big, clean and beautiful. They are a lot of bikes from the hotel that you can use for free. We used it with my husband and my young daughter. We really enjoyed driving from the glamping to the lake Kawagachi using the small kind of village street (around 10minutes) with this beautiful view of Fuji and blossom flowers. There is also from the lake a nice bike way next to te river where you can drive safely instead of staying on the car road if you want to drive until the center but it will a bit far, i guess around 30minutes or more... We stop earlier but it was still amazing. Please check my pics. I also like the small mini forest next to the hotel. We were feeling like in an fairy world as I was imaginating when I was younger reading books but it is my personal opinion... We were lucky to see Mont Fuji during the 2 days but be aware that it is possible to don't see it at all so if it is really a dream to see it and that you are coming from far make sure it is sunny or try to stay more days..

The house itself can see the fuji mountain. Nice and clean house which you can cook and bbq with some charges. Very big space.
