Superior hotel! The staff is polite, and the room is spacious and clean. Excellent Breakfast was included, with a choice of three restaurants. I opted for the continental breakfast with Japanese dishes – the menu was diverse, including freshly squeezed juices. Very convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the central station, which made getting around the city much easier – I used it every day. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

It was one of the best hotels i ever stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure that our stay was enjoyable comfortable and memorable. It was my mother s birthday celebration and many staff wished her a happy birthday during our stay.. The services from the reception, the room service and restaurant were the best. We loved staying at the hotel. The view of osaka castle day and night was MUST see from the reception. The room was beautifully furbished and very clean. And it was facing the castle and waking up to the view was breathtaking. The location was excellent as well. Far enough from the city business but close enough to have access to public transport. Highly recommend this place if you are after luxury and comfort.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We were able to enjoy a free morning buffet breakfast too, even though the booking said we had to pay extra (it was included). The location was perfect for access to USJ in the morning, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.
