I did not expect this level of premium from a capsule hotel! Beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms are isolated with a buffer zone to prevent noise - there are also lots of warnings telling people to be quiet in the bedroom area. Free breakfast curry, free drinks all day (soft drink and coffee) and free whiskey in the evening. Fantastic baths (sento/onsen), which turned me onto loving hot springs during my entire Japan stay. It's a men-only hotel and it's really chill. Really loved the place, would definitely go back.

Located near to public teansport both train and bus. The staff were exceedingly professional, helpful, and friendly. We also were able to book our day trip tickets to legoland, which was super helpful. There's a public onsen for both men and women segregated away from each other. They also have optional smoking rooms upon request.Will definitely stay with the vessel hotel again.

The place was clean and comfortable. We liked how spacious it was, especially the shower room. There was plenty of hot water for multiple showers and baths. The beds were firm but softer than other hotels we’ve been to in Japan.

The property was spacious for our group of 7. The tatami-style rooms offered much flexibility for our rooming needs. The bathrooms and toilets were also a good size, unlike most in Japan. The apartment was very well-stocked, from necessities such as linen and towels, to toiletries and kitchenware. The check in procedure was contact-free but instructions were precise, hence it was very easy. Communication with the property staff was effortless, and I could choose either English or Mandarin. Enquiries were always answered quickly. We needed help with regard to an issue, totally unrelated to our stay here, but the property staff was so helpful and went beyond their call of duty to assist us, and helped us resolve it. We are deeply touched by their willingness to help. I would definitely recommend this property and will certainly choose it again when I’m in Nagoya again.

We were a bit skeptical, but this place was awesome. Easy 10min walk from the station, massive room, comfy bed and more. We didn't have food there but it all looked nice and affordable. This was a fun place to stay on our trip through Japan.
