The hotel was easy to find and it is located close to a bus stop and a train station. There is also a convenience store right across the street, and there are quite a lot restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think it has one of the best services out of the hotels we've ever stayed in in Japan.

The apartment is perfectly faithful to the pictures and description. (It's even better if you ask me). Everything was clean and in order. All appliances were operational, not a single hiccup! The location is perfect too! There are shops, restaurants and streets booming with activities in the surroundings. There's Nagoya castle at a walking distance. I have no negative comment. It wass really all good! Ps: at the check-in, if the door doesn't unlock after entering the code, make sure to press the "lock" button first, then type the code and only after that you shall press "unlock".

The room was very spacious and included more amenities than I would have expected. The shower room was very large and included a hot tub and private tv. The free selection of movies was grand and the included karaoke was a cherry on top. We also ordered room service and the food was immaculate, surpassing the quality of even nearby restaurants.
