The house was lovely, and perfect for a secluded, relaxed stay near Mt fuji. The surrounding valley is beautiful and only a short drive from lots of hikes, lakes, and Mt fuji itself. We stayed 2 nights but could definitely have stayed more

I had a great stay! I mistakenly went to the wrong property branch by following google maps which was like a 20-mins walk away . When I called them, the manager himself came to pick me up by his car to drop me at the right place. The facilities were more than sufficient for a solo traveller to rest for a night and the building was so lovely with a cozy, traditional Japanese touch.

True Japanese style big room. There is a enclosed balcony with two single sofa, good for a cup of tea. Very good toiletries. Lots of parking. Love the green tea and little snacks everyday. Also enjoyed the Japanese style tea pots. We were looking for a place near Kofu station, since that is the central station for both Bus and train from Tokyo. But didn't find any suitable one. You need a car to move around Kofu and around places comfortably. Hired a car from near Kofu Station (Nissan rent-a-car, also there are Toyota rent-a-car). Drove to hotel is about 20 mins from Kofu Station.

Everything was just right. The onsen, the room size, decor, bathtub, all the facilities were really appreciable.

This place is awesome. It is very close to Kawaguchiko station. You can literally walk. The service is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The room was great. The service was great. The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

Traditional experience but adapted to the modern facilities. It was amazing. The staff so sweet and the food excellent.

It's hard to describe how wonderful out stay at this property was. Fuji view right in front of us, open bath (onsen) with Fuji view again! Great staff, amazing atmosphere all around (no different from a gallery), super-friendly and helpful staff at bar as well. Their yukatas and kimono jackets were also fascinating. I mean, as I said, lots of words to describe but none of them would be enough. Just experience it yourself please.
